I’ve never worked with a contractor before. What if I don’t know what I want?
That’s completely normal, and most homeowners we work with start out that way. We’ll walk your home, ask how you actually live in the space, and help you figure out what makes sense before any commitment.
I’m worried about the cost spiraling once you start.
It’s one of the most common fears we hear, and it’s a fair one. Our estimates are detailed and thorough to prevent cost overruns, built to catch issues before demo day instead of after. Any added work is described, priced, and approved by you in writing before it starts.
Do you only take on large whole-home projects?
Not at all. We take on kitchens, single bathrooms, small additions, and repairs just as often as full home renovations.
How do I know you’re actually licensed?
You don’t have to take our word for it. Our Louisiana contractor license (#886155) is publicly searchable through the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors.
Do you handle permits in my city?
Yes. As your general contractor, we pull permits and coordinate inspections with the City of Mandeville, the City of Covington, the Town of Madisonville, the Town of Abita Springs, or St. Tammany Parish, depending on where your home is.
