Yes. Most projects use a standard draw schedule depending on full scope of work

PERMITS & INSPECTIONS

Q: Do you handle the permits?

Yes — we pull permits in Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville, Abita Springs, and St. Tammany Parish.

Q: Does every project require a permit?

No.
Cosmetic work (paint, flooring, trim) usually does not.
Structural changes, electrical, plumbing, additions, and major renovations do require permits — and we handle that for you.

KITCHEN & BATHROOM RENOVATIONS

Q: Can I use my kitchen during the renovation?

We help you set up a temporary kitchen area when possible.
